Join our team and make a difference! We are looking for talented and motivated individuals to join our team of experts, specialising in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Our Managed Services Team provides expert operational capability for complex customer IAM solutions, making sure our customers IAM solutions are running at maximum efficiency and their organisation is kept secure and in compliance.

This hands-on role will be working in our Managed Services Team, reporting to the Technical Services Manager, and will be responsible for day to day operations of some large IAM customer implementations, troubleshooting technical problems and issues as they come up, and managing L2 support tickets ensuring KPI’s are at their best. 

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic to learn with a technical background, preferably in a support or consulting role. Previous knowledge in IAM would be beneficial, but not necessary. The candidate will receive in-depth technical product training and opportunities to gain professional certifications. Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day operational system administration for our customer IAM solutions

  • Deploy, maintain, update and troubleshoots our customer IAM solutions

  • Monitors system health

  • Implement rigid change control as per customer requirements for their IAM solutions

  • Creates and maintain detailed documentation based on new and existing processes and procedures

  • Generates weekly and monthly metrics for customer reports

  • Responds to audit requests or findings related to assigned technologies.

  • Ensures that critical events and alerts are escalated within customer SLA agreement and documented

  • Perform log analysis during security related events, identifying and reporting possible security issues, incidents and violations of security policies.

  • Skills / Requirements

  • Previous experience with Identity and Access Management solutions, working in support or consulting roles

  • Hands on experience working with both Windows and Linux/Unix based servers

  • Experience with shell scripting and at least one recognised programming language

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Team player with ability to work autonomously

  • Ability to prioritise work as required

  • Ability to be ‘on call’ on a rotational basis

  • Passport from within the EU or required working VISAs
