The European region within Worley is currently leading in this transition process.
To ensure an effective and efficient transition, a regional team has been formed with the following objectives:
•Develop data centric solutions to support projects through all phases from early FEED up to start-up;
•Guide and support the implementation of the integrated digital environment throughout the region;
•Set-up and implement a work process to continuously improve usage and performance of engineering and construction tools within the integrated environment;
•Assure alignment is maintained with the Global and Line of Business development
To support the regional team and to assure the implementation of the tools and integrated digital environment is successful within the individual countries of the region, we are looking for candidates for the function of Sr. Project Information Consultant.
The Sr. Project Information Consultant will be part of the engineering organization of the specific country and collaborates with the regional team.
The Sr. Project Information Consultant is responsible for:
•Implementation and development of the data-centric approach and tools within the assigned country;
•Addressing project information requirements and continuously communicating them with the clients;
•Leading the team of solution administrators and developers on the projects.
Explanation of levels used:
Level 1 - Awareness: Performs the activity with significant supervision and guidance; performs basic routine and predictable tasks; little or no individual responsibility.

•Level 3 project management skills;
•Level 4 analytical & problem solving skills;
•Level 3 reporting skills;
•Level 3 Excellent understanding of the architecture of EPC tools and systems, interfaces between tools, integration best-practices;
•Ability to discuss architectural concepts with project team members;
•Experience with data warehouses, analysis tools and techniques and data engineering;
•Level 3 experience with at least 5 of the following engineering tools: SmartPlant Instrumentation, Electrical, P&ID, Smart 3D, SmartPlant Foundation, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA NET, AVEVA Engineering;
•Level 2 experience with project controls and planning systems (Primavera or MS Project);
•Level 3 SCRUM Master;
•Min. 5 years working as Project Information Manager, Business Information Consultant, Manager Information Management or equivalent;
•Level 3 overall project execution processes knowledge;
•Level 3 functional analyses skills;
•Level 2 workshare experience;
•Level 2 working knowledge of the EPC business;
•Level 3 experience with entire EPC project lifecycle, including final handover;
•Level 4 communication skills (verbal and in writing), with the ability to state things simply and persuasively for a variety of audiences;
•Level 3 influence and coaching skills;
•Level 3 training skills
•Strong drive and determination for results;
•Able to act effectively on resistance;
•People focused i.s.o. work process / system focused;
•Able to effectively coach team members and bring them to higher levels;
•Able to effectively manage a diverse team of (IT-) specialists (≤ 10 persons);
•Min. BS in Engineering, (technical) Business Administration or Information Management;
•Fluent in English (verbal and in writing)
