Auszubildender zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d)

Aufgaben:

• Drehen, Fräsen, Bohren, Schleifen
• Planung und Vorbereitung der Arbeitsaufgaben
• Programmierung und Bedienung von CNC gesteuerten Dreh- und Fräsmaschinen
• Einrichtung, Umrüstung und Inbetriebnahme von Produktionsanlagen
• Überwachung des Fertigungsprozesses
• Herstellen von Bauteilen in Einzel- und Serienfertigung nach Zeichnung
• Instandhaltung der Maschinen und Anlagen

Persönliche Voraussetzungen:

• Interesse an der Bearbeitung von Metall
• technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
• hohe Einsatz- und Leistungsbereitschaft
• Offenheit für neue Aufgaben und Arbeitsbereiche

Schulische Voraussetzungen:

• Guter Hauptschulabschluss oder Realschulabschluss

Trainee CNC - Machinist

Tasks:

• Turning, milling, drilling, grinding
• Planning and preparation of work tasks
• Programming and operating CNC-controlled turning and milling machines
• Setting up, converting and commissioning production equipment
• Monitoring the production process
• Manufacture of components in individual and series production according to drawings
• Maintenance of machines and equipment

Educational requirements:

• Good Secondary school graduation
