Ihre zentralen Aufgaben:
- Sie steuern, überwachen und kontrollieren alle relevanten Prozessparameter bei der Herstellung unserer Dachziegel im Schichtbetrieb
- Sie bedienen und rüsten unsere Produktionsanlagen und sind für deren ordnungsgemäße Einstellung und Reinigung verantwortlich
- Sie stellen durch regelmäßige Begehungen die Einhaltung unserer hohen Standards in Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Leistung sicher
Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung abgeschlossen
- Sie haben bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem Industrie- oder Produktionsbetrieb gesammelt.
- Sie sind bereit, an Wochenenden oder in der Nacht zu arbeiten.
- Zu Ihren Stärken gehören vorausschauendes Handeln und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Sie packen Probleme aktiv und selbständig an
- Sie haben Freude an der Arbeit im Team und verfügen über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sie können nach der Einarbeitung auch an anderen Arbeitsplätzen flexibel eingesetzt werden (Jobrotation).

\nResponsibilities\n\n
- \n\t
- Perform cost-effective, safe, and environmentally friendly repairs to maximize equipment availability. \n\t
- The incumbent will be working on but not limited to Epiroc MT6020 haul trucks, Boltecs, Simbas, Jumbos, autonomous ST14 scoop trams, ST1530, ST18 scoop trams, Normet shotcrete sprayers, transmixers, etc. \n\t
- The mine is primarily Epiroc equipment.\n\t
- Fill out the work orders and reports on repairs and diagnoses prior to the end of each shift. \n\t
- Provide sufficient detail about repairs so that others can understand what work has been done on the equipment. \n\t
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards continuously. \n\t
- Conduct safety audits as per company policy. \n\t
- Provide written reports to the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor as requested. \n\t
- Adhere to safety and environmental rules and contribute to safety and productivity by constructively participating in safety meetings and incident investigations. \n\t
- Conduct equipment reviews to ensure new and existing equipment meets site safety and operational requirements. \n\t
- Assist other tradespersons to achieve Maintenance goals as required. \n\t
- Help develop Heavy Duty Mechanic apprentices including delegating tasks or projects that will assist with their skill development and meet apprenticeship requirements.\n\nQualifications\n\n

- Journeyperson certification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic.\n\t
- Interprovincial Red Seal certification. \n\t
- Understanding of the NWT Mines Act. \n\t
- Familiarity with new technologies and equipment (e.g., Cat SIS, Cummins Insight, etc.). \n\t
- Ability to maintain and repair industrial equipment.\n\t
- Proven oral, written, and active listening skills and ability to work in high-stress situations and resolve issues.\n\n Schedule\n\n
