Unit4 is seeking Senior Demand Generation Manager, HCM to lead the global marketing strategy and execution targeting HR audiences. You will be designing campaigns and developing programs to gain market traction and be recognized as a leader in the HR industry. As a data-driven marketer, you will be responsible for hitting pipeline targets which will be influenced by your programs. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned marketer with demonstrable experience in driving and executing successful demand generation strategies and supporting tactical execution. An ideal candidate has global experience in B2B industry marketing, enterprise software and SaaS.
Responsibilities include: Develop Unit4s global demand generation strategy to the HR audiences and drive key business metrics such as leads, hand-raisers, MQLs, SALs and SQLs from acquisition to conversion Create cross sell campaigns of HCM solutions to Unit4s existing customer base, working with the Existing Business and regional field marketing teams Produce integrated marketing campaigns, targeting the HR audiences, from inception to optimization in collaboration with the global campaigns and content marketing team and industry leads Work with industry & Existing Business leads and regional field marketing teams to identify and define strategies to support the demand generation needs Deliver compelling, specific messaging for each stage of the buyer journey, creating an engaging customer experience with bottom-line results Partner with Unit4s Business Development team on targeted campaigns and effective follow up Design, build, and execute ABM/omni-channel campaigns across email, social and web, with the support of the marketing team Measure, analyze and report on all marketing programming for effectiveness and ROI Management of project related budgets and responsibility for tracking and monitoring campaign performance and spend. Collaborate with the PR, Brand, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales and other teams to create a rich demand gen strategy and asset roadmap to attract your target audiences Provides strategic oversight and direction of social media focused awareness and demand generating programs Monitor and communicate progress toward quarterly and annual goals Work with sales (direct and partner) to ensure a solid and productive feedback loop on opportunity development and pipeline progression Communicate key programs and assets to internal stakeholders including product management, sales, partners and business development Identification and management of key vendors/suppliers to help drive your campaign build and execution
Candidate Requirements: 8+ years of global demand generation experience in B2B enterprise software; SaaS marketing experience is required Demonstrable experience in creating impactful messaging and campaigns to HR Line of Business Proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management and multi-channel processes Extremely data-driven; strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs and committed to experimenting until you see measurable results Expertise in both traditional enterprise sales process and SaaS sales models ideal. Excellent communication and storytelling skills (written, verbal, and visual) Demonstrated ability to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance Strong project management skills, ability to handle projects end-to-end Extensive experience with Salesforce and strong knowledge of marketing platforms and toolsets Demonstrable experience owning the demand generation budget and reporting on all stages of the funnel Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment High-energy, a positive attitude, and accountability are critical for success Team player who can effectively collaborate across borders and cultures
