You will be part of Vestas Northern and Central Europe which is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, Finland, Celtic, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe and the south part of Africa. We are responsible for the sales function, project, installation, and service of wind farms throughout these regions. 
Vestas Northern and Central Europe aim to be the No. 1.

Site Operations Central department is looking for International Site Managers to work in different Vestas construction sites around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all construction activities to monitor compliance with quality and safety regulations
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance by reviewing the work progress on a daily basis
  • Prepare internal and external reports to communicate progress
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging challenges
  • Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
