Kin Tec have been retained to recruit for an Operations Director to work for a Green Energy Plant based in Wiltshire and Cheshire

This is a long term opportunity that offers six figure salary plus shares bonus pension holidays.

This company is very successful and has is heavily invested. Due to continue growth we are looking to appoint an Operations Leader that can do the following :

This person will be key to demonstration and commercial plant operations, efficiency, and safety.

Strategic development of commercial plant operations and maintenance, and appointment of an O & M contractor.

Development of a training and competence strategy for demonstration and commercial plant operators.

Management of the demonstration plant budget and relationships with suppliers.

Provide leadership for safe operation of the demonstration plant and compliance with health and safety policies, regulations, laws, and industry best practice.

Improve plant efficiency and availability through improvements or innovation to design, team structure, training, and procedures.

Report on plant performance to senior management and regulatory bodies.

The Individual:

An engineer with 10 years' experience of process plant management.

Notable, demonstrable experience within related disciplines such as power generation, biofuels, thermal waste to energy, petrochemicals or mining.

Proven ability to identify and develop innovative solutions to first-of-a-kind challenges.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams.

Willingness to develop expert understanding of complex chemical process engineering and control systems.

Proven ability to work with others in a collaborative manner and communicate ideas and concepts clearly and efficiently.
