To assist the Sales department to gain customer orders by providing a sales office service as determined by the business unit. Assist the Sales team to secure orders by the following responsibilities and or any other request from the Inside Sales Manager/Supervisor in the pursuit of serving our customers.
In this role you will:
•Liaising with customers to clarify their product requirements and preparing and sending quotations within the specified timescale
•Following up quotations by telephone and email to assist in securing orders from our customers.
•Building a good relationship with customers by telephone and email to augment good intercompany communication in pursuit of selling product.
•Ensure that all quotations are logged accurately on to the relevant system and provide feedback on quotes as required by the Inside Sales Manager
•Liaise with and provide information to specific outside sales team members to assist them in securing customer orders.
•Provide Weekly and Monthly quotation forecasts to the Inside Sales Manager /Supervisor.
•Provide technical and application support to customers
•Working with your colleagues to ensure a high level of customer service.
•Assist in sales forecasting and developing the long term business relationships.
•Follow standard work process and ensure all business is in accordance with Delegation of Authority, company Policies and Procedures.
• Any Other Sales Function duties as directed by your supervisor or manager to secure new customer orders to the business.
•Continually review and implement improvement opportunities.
- Technical High School/University Degree in Engineering 1 year experience in the technical fields
- Fluent in English
- Customer centric approach, able to work with deadlines
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in an international environment
