Project Manager
Project Manager FEED - Reading, Bristol or Swindon -£90k very generous bonus / shares
February / March 2023 start

Responsibilities and accountabilities:
Key point of contact for all project technical matters relating to FEED engineering and key subcontractors.
Represent the project owner and contribute to design review activities, including HAZOP, DSEAR and SIL assessments.
Maintain accurate records of discussions and decisions, managing action closure through the project team.
Provide technical insight, and support development and alignment of engineering approaches and solutions.
Identify and prioritise key risks and prioritise their mitigation measures, participate in risk reviews at both project and FEED contractor level.
Produce regular reports and updates on project progress.
Continually develop supply chain partners and foster good working relationships.
Develop and critically review output from project team members to ensure accuracy, alignment, and suitability for purpose.
Drive a culture of project excellence throughout the organisation, with specific focus on 'on time, in full' delivery, risk mitigation and with the highest focus on Health and Safety.
Accountable for procedural compliance, ensuring complete project records and documentation are made and kept.
Key abilities for job:
Essential
Bachelors degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, or closely related field.
5 years experience in a related Engineering field, with a solid understanding of basic process engineering and controls.
5 years proven experience in the role of Project Engineer
Detailed knowledge of process and mechanical engineering through full project lifecycle (including EPC & commissioning), ideally with a good working knowledge of C&I deployment in projects.
