Job Description

Be responsible of the smooth running of the respective Zone assigned, this will be done on a rotational basis, including, staff management, visitors service and experiential journey, smooth running of the Zone
Be fully acquainted with each of these respective Zones, its objectives, contents, operations details, engagement details, the queuing and waiting processes
Be sure that the staff assigned to the zones are fully acquainted on areas that may affect the flow and proper functioning of the pavilion (access and exits to Level 1); be aware of the entire Expo 2020 Dubai venue, the location of its thematic areas, and of the rest of the pavilions participating in the Expo;
Be sure that the staff assigned to the zones serve the public and DC’s invited guests
Control the access queues, the accesses outside the pavilion, the ground floor flows, the capacity of the different Zones and transit through each space;
Be sure that the staff assigned to the zones attend in the interactive Zones, both to handle the equipment (eg., ipads, goggles), seat people and to control the entrances;

Profile Description

DESCRPTN - Duration - 6 - 8 Months for Dubai Global Event

Job Requirements:-
3 years work experience in Events & Exhibitions
Excellent coordination skills
Basic health & safety training
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work with electronic devices
