Hours:                      Mon - Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

20% Domestic and Internaitional Travel

The Project Manager leads the development and deployment of manufacturing projects for successful implementation. Project planning and execution are important, and the position requires a close working relationship with global manufacturing centers, the Product Line and Operations to ensure success. When required, the Project Manager will assist with overseeing scheduling, budgeting and implementation of projects. He/she may participate in proposal development, contract negotiation and may include assisting with plans, specifications and financial terms of the project. Prepare the Project Management objectives and schedules for all phases of development and implementation strategy. Utilize Lean concepts to drive continuous improvement within manufacturing operations. Ability to lead manufacturing projects which involve employees from multiple departments and contractors. Provide ongoing updates to Leadership. Lead support: JSA mentoring intervention. Develop and implement the workflows and operational frame for Project Management. This includes (but not limited to): Methodologies applicable to single large or multiple product line integrated projects. Process for definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Systematic economical and operational risk management to minimize project risk. Management of change techniques to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measuring project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Methodologies for resource (internal and third parties/vendors) availability and allocation. Process for capturing lessons learned and their effective adoption in a proactive continuous improvement cycle. Auditing of Projects to ensure master plans and schedules are followed and directing others for successful project completion on time and on budget.


Master’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or related field of study AND six (6) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. In lieu of a Master’s degree or equivalent AND six (6) years of experience, the employer will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or related field of study AND eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. In addition, the applicant must have demonstrative experience with:

  • Fabrication and assembly of Oil Pump Jack Units, including but not limited to robotic welding lines, welding Inspection, Painting and Assembly stations;
  • Develop process flow, equipment acquisition, installation/commissioning, and process qualifications;
  • Manufacturing of gear boxes for pump jacks including Machining, Gear Cutting Process and Gear Box Assembly and Test;
  • Develop one-piece process flow, equipment acquisition & installation, fixtures & tooling design;
  • Casing centralizer fabrication processes such Bow Spring and Rigid Centralizers forming process, heat treatment and welding processes, high production paint lines and testing equipment for Strength and Flexibility;
  • Manufacturing of Float Shoes Collars including Machining of components, Valve Assembly and Cementation Process;
  • Installation of Batch Cement mixing plants and raw material / mix qualification processes;
  • Machining of Liner Hangers’ components on CNC 5-Axis machines and hangers assembly and pressure test processes;
  • Manufacturing processes for Whipstock System including machining of concaves on CNC 5-Axis, Welding process and Whipstock assembly stations;
  • Manufacturing of Progressing Cavity Pump Systems including Pipe Drilling, Rotor Milling & Peeling (special machines), Rubber Extrusion, Assembly and Test equipment;
  • Continuous Rod (COROD) manufacturing processes such Roll Forming, Rod Welding and Inspection Line;
  • Manufacturing equipment and processes for Annulus Casing Packers such Rib Manufacturing, Rubber Extrusion, Auto Clave Oven, Assembly and Pressure Testing; and
  • Manufacturing of Sealing Elements including but not limited to milling, molding and testing processes.
