Project Engineer - Gas Plants

As a Construction Project Engineer on our team in St. Paul, MN, you’ll have an opportunity to work on active projects coordinating the progression of trades and design-field contractors. You will participate in Owner/ contractor meetings, follow projects from planning, detailed design, to commencing of construction to occupancy by end uses, along with managing change orders and maintaining a fast pace project schedule. Based at a client site, you will oversee that all work completed by contractors and consultants is of the highest quality with safety being our highest priority. You will also provide support to the Project Manager by developing and maintaining project cost/change controls, project budget, and change order estimates/negotiations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction or Engineering
- 4 years of relevant project / construction experience
- Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components
Ideally, you’ll also have:
- Experience with natural gas pipelines and gas plant
- Previous experience in a construction environment is highly desirable, with an understanding of the construction process and coordination of various entities in the industry
