• Coordinate the permitting process for Karavasta Project with the support of consultants and the project team
• Implement Voltalia’s development process and follow it up
• Engage with local stakeholders, including without limitation: institutions and local communities
• Procure and select services providers, consultants and advisors according to Voltalia internal standards
• Provide market insights and information regarding new opportunities and market developments
• Give support to the project Director in managing the different internal team (Construction, Center of Expertise, O&M, back-office, Asset Sales, Investment and Funding, etc.)
• Give support to the project Director in the development and construction phase
• Give support to the project Director in the project follow-up, including without limitation: cost control, financial forecast and risk analysis
• Give support to the project Director on the negotiation with subcontractors and partners

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, business or related major
• Post-graduation or specialization in Project Management is a plus
• More than 5 years working as a Project Manager or related role in      Distribution, Grid operator, Electricity producer, Developer or service provider in the field of infrastructures
• Sound understanding of the Albanian electrical system and regulation
• Prior experience with renewable energy project development is a plus
• Experience in dealing with external stakeholders in a professional environment
• Experience in dealing with international players is a valuable plus
• Advanced user of Project Management tools
• Albania native speaker is a valuable plus
• English proficiency
• French, Portuguese and/or Spanish languages are a valuable plus
