TITLE: CORPORATE RECRUITER

TITLE: CORPORATE RECRUITER 

RESPONSIBILITIES:  

  • Manage high volume recruiting activities with strong attention to detail to ensure a white glove experience for the candidates and hiring managers
  • Ensure constant contact with both managers and applicants throughout the interview and hiring process
  • Perform screening calls of applicants to determine qualifications and determine desired pay.
  • Manage interview scheduling and coordinate details with hiring managers to ensure a constant flow of candidates 
  • Deliver comprehensive support and daily communication with various Hiring Managers 
  • Proactively research and source for all office based/corporate roles
  • Effectively prioritize workload and priorities based on high volume hiring  
  • Create job descriptions for new roles
  • Post jobs on Indeed and via internal system (Paycom)
  • Interview candidates via phone, Microsoft TEAMS (or Similar) and in-person 
  • Interview preparation and resume editing when necessary
  • Maintain records on recruiting activities as required (KPIs, retention, etc.) 
  • Network through industry contacts, social media and employees 
  • Maintain tracking spreadsheet 
  • Present offers and negotiate salary as necessary
  • Manage the onboarding process from sending offer letters, submitting background checks and onboarding documents.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure all onboarding documents are completed prior to start date
  • Assist applicants who have issues with onboarding process.
  • Send detailed email with first day instructions and make reminder calls to candidates the day before they come onsite
  • Make Quality control calls to managers and candidates to ensure all is well on first day
  • Occasionally walk-through departments to check in with managers and employees on site
  • Source, screen and train additional recruiters when needed

QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred  
  • Agency or high volume corporate experience preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruiting and sourcing strategies implemented
  • Knowledge of recruiting concepts, best practices and procedures. 
  • Familiar with social media, Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn Recruiter for recruiting purposes. 
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-focused attitude and ability to closed candidates  
  • Deep knowledge of full cycle recruiting   
  • Proven experience with sourcing techniques, recruiting processes and partnering with Hiring Managers, etc.  
  • Better ability to successfully influence candidates with referrals, networking and other business outlets 
  • Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and general office equipment.
