  • Review of engineering documents, attending sessions as 3D model review and P&ID comment session.
  • Adapts Home office preparation plan to site constraints when required.
  • Prepares PCC scope of work in accordance with contract
  • Prepares and/or reviews pre-commissioning procedures and plans.
  • Prepares and/or reviews Subdivision of Plant into Systems;
  • Coordination of the PC&C engineers assigned to the project in the preparation of Operating and Maintenance Manuals and all deliverables included in the Contractual Scope of Work.
  • Organizes daily activities with Pre-Commissioning team, assigning duty and responsibility on single Equipment or total Systems to be inspected and tested.
  • Monitors PC&C activities-related including cost and budget in liaison with Subcontracting, Cost Control and Procurement
  • Ensures QHSE rules are applied on his/her perimeter.
  • Organizes pre-com / com supervisors, operators, licensor and vendors / subcontractor’s activities according to project schedule and Contract.
  • Oversees the overall system testing of the facility, systems, sub-system functional performance, in readiness for commissioning.
  • Liaise on with client / PMC’s operation personnel to approve sub system acceptance.
  • Maintains relationship of maximum cooperation with Owner and with his appointed representatives, with Vendor specialists and process licensor Commissioning teams, to ensure mutual satisfaction and efficiency.                                           

  • Used in construction and construction contract management
  • Project construction schedule and construction documents/specification
  • Manage project pipeline of pre-construction, construction
  • Provide oversight during construction on all assigned construction projects
  • LL construction progress and schedule store construction
  • Prepare material and construction bid packages for construction
  • Complete all construction inspection/site visits for projects approved for construction
  • Supervise all contractors during construction
  • Upgrading existing analog radio system to a digital system
  • Hitting pre-construction and construction
  • Establishing construction budgets for projects
  • Obtaining, updating and archiving all construction documentation for construction projects, including construction schedules
  • Support various projects during construction
  • Removing cost and time from new construction and capital construction projects
  • Coordinate the tenant construction process and facilitate timely construction projects
  • Supervise general construction contractors and sub-contractors
  • Perform additional virtual construction tasks to support construction management duties
  • Develop construction budgets for all projects
  • Manage wind farm construction projects
  • Controlling construction documentation received at site
