PMC REFINERY Operations Supervisor / Specialist
We looking for a no. of Refinery Operations Supervisor / Specialist for our refinery project in KARBLA IRAQ.
Ideal candidate must have operations expertise in the following process unit:
- KHT/DHT/VGO HT
- FCC/GAS CON / PNU
- HPU/Gas Sweetening & ARU/SWS/SRU/TGTU
Reporting to the PMC Operations Manager, the PMC Operation Specialist / Supervisor provides guidance to the Shift crew of the assigned units to ensure the continuous production, processing and distribution of diversified petroleum, gas and chemical products meeting specified qualities and quantities within the designated operating conditions in a safe and efficient manner.
The primary role of the PMC Operation Specialist / Supervisor is to monitor, advise and assist KRP Shift Supervisors in ensuring the continuous production, processing and distribution of diversified petroleum, gas and chemical products meeting specified qualities and quantities within the designated operating conditions in a safe and efficient manner.
The PMC Operation Specialist / Supervisor is the primary point of contact for the PMC Operations Team of the assigned units. He provides regular reports to the PMC Operations Manager regarding the efficient performance of the Operations and Production of the units.
Typical background and experience required:
An individual aspiring to become PMC Operation Specialist / Supervisor is a Professional with Bachelor’s Degree / Technical Diploma in Engineering status in the field.
The successful candidate shall demonstrate the following:
· Track record of safe work performance.
· A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in the oil/gas industry.
· Proven experience in supervising the Operating refinery units in PMC or Employer Organizations.
· Proven competency in multi-disciplinary, complex industrial environments with supervisory, coordination and interpersonal skills.
· Experience in the above mentioned Refinery units
· Ability to prioritize workload, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision when required and mentor less experienced team members.
· Assists in training of Shift Supervisors, Board and Field Operators and new joiners to safely and efficiently perform their work assignments in accordance with company’s targets.
The candidate should ideally also be able to demonstrate experience in one or more of the following services areas:
· Refinery operations
· Supervisory experience
· Bachelor’s Degree / diploma in engineering degree from an accredited university
