Responsibilitiesand Key Accountabilities:

 

To create,develop, manage and grow enduring and profitable key client opportunities &relationships for Worley's Digital Enterprise (DE) division. The focus will beon digital products and platforms as part of digital transformation withorganisations. The focus will be to work with the products team to developcustomer relationships using linked and various mediums to hunt for newbusiness opportunities.

Our purpose isto work with organisation to instil a culture of digital transformation with afocus on products, platforms and consulting that Advisan Digital has alreadybuilt or looking to acquire.

As part of thenewly formed Sales team this role is a multi-disciplined role that requires afocused, aggressive hunter type sales person who is used to quota carryingresponsibilities. The ability to leverage existing client relationships alreadybuilt in the company will be vital to the success of the role as we asquarterback new deals, relationships and proposal ensuring the success of theProducts team.

Central to thephilosophy of results accountability in this role will be the ability to manageshort terms revenue needs coupled with opportunities that form long term,strategic wins through a multi-year business development cycle.

The Salesexecutive will own a multitude of products, initiatives and platforms and bebacked up by a world-class team. The ability for a focus on managingopportunities via the CRM platform coupled with the ability to manage multiplestakeholder and conversation both internally and externally will be important.

The key purposewill be to drive market penetration and results of platforms and productsmaintain a high degree of discipline, work ethic and productivity. This role iscrucial to the success of the group. Given the scale of both the internalorganisation and the external market, the ability to maintain unswerving focuson primary objectives will be a crucial competency in this area.

A structured,analytical and systematic approach to this work will be required to capture,share and capitalise on knowledge - developing an insight based relationshipcoupled with a results focused approach to drive revenue, opportunities andresults to the top line.


We seek thefollowing:

 

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in a commercial, IT, engineering discipline,Business or software
  • Minimum 5 years in a software solution selling rolewith demonstrated software sales experience primary selling solutions andproducts focus.
  • Familiarity with the Solution based selling and quotacarrying experience in a software product focus with demonstrated results.
  • Self-starter ability to effectively stock asignificant opportunity pipeline with potential revenue targets, based onstrategic and value proposition development skills
  • Well-developed commercial awareness
  • Effective communication persuasive presenter frompitch, negations through to close
  • Familiarity with digital asset delivery /transformation    
  • Up to 35% of travel will be required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Existing network and history of success withinsoftware or consulting-based activity
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights intopursuits and ultimately, revenue
  • Proven record of outcome orientation results driven
  • Demonstrable ability to source, initiate and convertnew opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and have accountabilityfor results.
  • Team player who can contribute and added value
