EUC Manager in Melbourne, VIC, Australia

About the opportunity: 


We are currently looking for an experiencedEUC Manager to work with the business to capture and formulate local businessrequirements and ensure fit for purpose solutions are successfullydelivered. 


This position will be responsible for:
  • Analyse and Maintain a thorough understanding of the local business.
  • Represent the local business requirements to the Global IT org to ensure ICT systems are fit for purpose.
  • Identify and manage business requirements with respect to IT services.
  • Identify gaps and implement strategies to close those gaps and to ensure quality and integrity of systems
  • Liaise with Regional/Global IT Managers to communicate local business requirements and deliver IT services to the business.
  • Develop and Communicate IT SLAs to the local business.  Implement strategies and test plans to ensure these SLAs are met.
  • Use project management methodology to develop project plans to successfully delivery ICT solutions to the local business.
  • Participate in service and process improvement initiatives to ensure ICT solutions are efficiently delivered to the business.
  • Update and create user training documentation for the Vic and SA user base.


About you: 
  • 5 years experience in a similar role in the EPCM industry.
  • Understanding of ITIL/MOF concepts for IT Service delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of IT Services Technologies, and their application to business operations.
  • 2 years experience in a Business Analyst or Management of IT Services and the integration of service provisioning.

 


Industry Specific Experience (e.g. management consulting/professional services/

  • Broad understanding of ECPM industry, and related IT Services requirements.
  • Understanding of industry business strategies, and related IT Services enablement.
  • Knowledge of and working relationships with key global IT Services suppliers.

Education Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:
  • University degree in IT related discipline.
  • Accreditation in ITIL / ISO 20000 methodologies preferred

Salary Range: AUD $60,000 - $80,000
