Do you have a passion for leading and motivating people and love delivering for customers? 

Working in Customer Operations, youll be taking full responsibility for our credit strategy, operation and team success. Youll be the link between Operations and Finance and responsible for providing positive outcomes for our customers struggling with payments.
As a Credit Operations Manager you will be leading a team of Credit Specialists, youll be responsible for enabling and encouraging delivery of excellence in every part of the experience for our customers who are struggling with their payments. Empowering your team with skills and mentoring to have autonomy over decisions related to operational debt processes, prioritisation of work, financial discretion for resolving customer issues and the ability to implement cutting edge ideas that improve the lives of your teams and our customers.
Customer service is vigorous and can be tough especially when it comes to collections. Were looking for people who can deal with challenging situations and empathise with customers who are facing complex problems. At times you may be stretched across multiple internal and external issues, you may need to handle tricky issues and keep the team motivated.
Youll be committed to create a culture and environment that your people love. Looking after our full credit strategy including, management of third parties, reporting on our performance, creating innovative campaigns to approach debt and collections in a different way.
As a Credit Operations Manager in E.ON Next youll :

  • Support and develop your team enabling them to be their best and developing future Team Leaders.
  • Have responsibility for looking after our credit strategy
  • Manage third party relationships e.g Debt Collection Agencies.
  • Be accountable for day-day operation of your team, including ensuring your team have the right support and dealing with complex escalations 
  • Identify opportunities for improvement this could be anything from team organisation or quick technology wins any way that you think would improve the teams performance and customer experience.
  • Work with the technology team to scope and refine future system enhancements to deliver better functionality to customers or improve credit performance
  • Be part of a community of Operations Managers through which you can share and learn together.

  • Were setting up cool new offices in Leicester this will be our bigger operational site to start with 
  • Were looking for an Operations Manager with experience of leading in credit operations in a B2C environment
  • Its a permanent, full-time role but wed love to hear from you if you have a different  preference
  • Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday between 9-5 and we offer customer support via digital channels out of hours.
