Job description

•Provision of both management and technical leadership to turnover of the documentation relating to the scope of work in compliance with the project requirements to achieve handover to the customer.
•To monitor, track and collate all documentation of the completed work in accordance with the program / schedule.
•Identify shortcomings to the Commissioning Manager/Site Manager if it is identified that commissioning activities are progressing past a gate when associated documentation has not been received.
•Provide the leadership of high-level systems expertise and lead advanced process control techniques for process optimization.
•To comply with the existing site HRSG and auxiliary Process and Procedures, whilst offering advice and recommendations to the customer by identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
•To create the HRSG and auxiliary commissioning Folders, in the agreed format and to ensure the HRSG and auxiliary commissioning Folders are populated with fully completed and signed off checks sheets, procedures, evidence sheets and certificates as applicable. This shall be done in line with the commissioning schedule and in such time so as to meet the Handover Date to the customer.
•To liaise with the Commissioning Manager/Site Manager and all Leads and System Owners to ensure handover of all completed and signed off documents associated with the commissioning of the scope of work.
•To attend and actively participate in the project daily and weekly commissioning meetings.
•Understand all project related permits and works to identify any actions which may produce a violation of those permits.
•Support the Commissioning Manager/Site Manager in enforcement of contract terms & Conditions through interactions with contract executives and site supervisor.
•Support the Commissioning Manager/Site Manager evaluating project performance and in managing change.
•Provide detailed information to the commissioning manager for the preparation of the site startup portion of the Monthly Project Execution Report. Prepare a Project Daily Report to the commissioning manager as required.
•Maintains a daily log of site significant activities.
•Actively support and partake in the promotion of the Project Health, Safety, Security and Environmental requirements.
•Monitor all commissioning activities via document handover targets to ensure schedules are achieved.
•Facilitate the team and process owners in defining corrective and preventive actions to prevent compliance failures and escapes and improve overall compliance
•Other duties as assigned by the Commissioning Manager/Site Manager.
•Coordination of commissioning tests with the other commissioning leads and the process coordinator.
•Review and prepare commissioning test procedures for HRSGs
•Participate to handover walkthroughs
•Attend the pre-commissioning activities walkthrough, inspect and acceptance.



Profile

•Verification and validation commissioning conditions are ready. Include documentation and site conditions.
•In charge of piloting and coordinating the start-up testing activities of the Mechanical Equipment (pumps, valves, fans, pipe lining, etc.) of the HRSG and its auxiliaries.
•In charge of the safety running mechanical equipment, trouble shooting in commissioning.
•If the mechanical equipment damage is caused by commissioning engineer, the trouble shooting, repair and indemnify shall be perform by the engineer and his employer.

Engineer with already at least 6 years experience in the field of Mechanical Equipment (pumps, valves, pipe lining, etc). commissioning at major industrial sites.
