The Company:
Our Client is an International Oil and Gas Operator involved in 2 of Australia's largest LNG Projects based in Western Australia.

The Role:
70% Engineering Information Management Analysis & Project Delivery Provision of consistent, efficient, cost effective and coordinated Engineering Information Management Services and Solutions for the following elements:

Support Upstream EIM Coordinator in provision of EIM subject matter expertise to Wheatstone Phase 4 Contracts.
Support Upstream EIM Coordinator in provision of EIM subject matter expertise to Wheatstone Upstream Business Services Team and relevant Upstream Engineering Disciplines locally and onsite locations.
Support Upstream EIM Coordinator with management of Handover deliverables from phase 4 Contractors
Support Upstream EIM Coordinator with management of Handover deliverables from DSME to HUC Contractor Clough ready for commissioning scope of work
Support Upstream EIM Coordinator with provision of EIM subject matter expertise for Operations Readiness Maintenance Contract.
Liaise with Wheatstone Engineering Data Coordinator for efficient Contractor Engineering Data Capture and QA
Ensure close engagement with Wheatstone Upstream Document Control team
Ensure alignment with overall Wheatstone EIM Strategy
Support Upstream EIM Coordinator with ongoing communication and promotion of EIM processes, standards and best practice within the Upstream team
Support Upstream EIM Coordinator Liaising closely with Lead EIM, Downstream EIM Coordinator and Social Infrastructure Coordinator to ensure EIM Alignment across the whole project
Keep abreast of relevant EIM activities within ABU and Gorgon project to ensure optimum use of lessons learnt and Alignment with ABU/Operations requirements

10% Opportunity Assessment and Stakeholder Management. Under the guidance of the Upstream EIM Coordinator:
o Capture the high level business requirements in context to specific business strategies, goals and objectives allowing an initial set of solution alternatives to be identified (CPDEP Phases 1 and 2)
o Evaluate the business fit of different solution alternatives
o Identify and map high level end-to-end business scenarios allowing:
proposed solutions to be understood in a business context
the Upstream EIM Coordinator to develop an integrated set of solutions for the program with limited gaps and overlaps across functional areas
As instructed, assist in the development and documentation of the business case for new EIM systems regarding:
o Identification of benefits o Identification of process and people change required to support the realization of benefits
o Timeline for the realization of benefits aligns with the expected duration for associated business process and organizational changes to occur

20% People and Teamwork
Develop effective working relationships with project team members, relevant contractor representatives and business stakeholders
Resolve issues on professional terms and escalate as required to ensure successful project delivery
Foster a proactive can do and win win attitude across project team members and business stakeholders
Demonstrate a willingness to take on new challenges and the ability to deal with constant change
Ability to work well alone and within a small team environment when required
Collaborate with the Upstream EIM Coordinator, EIM Lead, Downstream EIM Coordinator and Social Infrastructure Coordinator in developing and enhancing consistent EIM processes, standards and best practices

Essential Skills / Qualifications:
University BSc or equivalent
7 years. Engineering Information Management. Standard office tool. DMS Experience, Engineering Data Management tool experience.

Desirable Skills / Qualifications:
Strong communication both verbal and written, organised, attention to detail, good management skills (influencing, negotiation, delegation).
