Technical Sales Engineer required by an expanding successful market leader in the agricultural/plant machinery industry. This is a great opportunity for those looking to add value, create revenue and work with true independence.

To apply for the role, you will need to be an experienced sales professional that that is used to managing their own time, creating your own leads and closing during face to face appointments. You will be from a sales background and have knowledge of the agricultural/plant industry. Those with transferable backgrounds within a heavy industry, plant equipment or automotive sales backgrounds are ideally suited to this environment although all similar transferable backgrounds will be considered.

Covering the whole of the UK, you will be home based and will make client visits with the need for agricultural equipment. There will also be the need to attend trade shows and networking events to help generate new business. This role has a bias towards new business with a large emphasis on nurturing new accounts for the long term.

This company have an excellent reputation in their industry and are known for looking after their staff and offer a lot of training and development when needed. You will enjoy an autonomous role and have the opportunity to create your own business with the help and support of 3 other Regional Sales Managers and Line Manager.



The Role:

* New Business led Agricultural Equipment sales role.

* Covering the whole of the UK.

* Home based with full time management and sales activity responsibility.

* Phone, email and face to face sales visits.

* Attend site to take part in team meetings and appraise performance with management.



The Person Required:

* Experienced new business focussed sales professional.

* Must have an understanding of sales environments.

* Confident in managing their own work.

* Happy to travel to events/training when required.
