Wellsite Supervisor (Snubbing Operations) – 28/28 Rotation
We are currently working with a leading Oil & Gas Operator in Oman who due to continuous growth and expansion of projects, are seeking an experienced Wellsite Supervisor specializing in Snubbing Operations of underbalanced workovers - for a major operated asset.
In this role you will be responsible for supervising snubbing workover operations at the well site. You will write/review programs as needed and play a key role in implementing a safe and cost effective use of underbalanced workover and completion operations in HPHT gas wells.
You will be responsible for monitoring the condition, application and coordination of all well operations and well control on site. Monitor well-bore parameters perform calculations and communicate changes to the Senior Well Services ops Engineer.
An essential responsibility is to ensure all JSA and safety meetings are done on location and company standards are applied on well site, as well as coach trainees and new hire to Snubbing Operators.
Suitable candidates are to be qualified to minimum Diploma level with 10-15 years experience in snubbing and workover operations. A Valid IWCF well control and Snubbing/Workover operation is required and strong language skills with the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals, operations instructions and policies/procedures.
Our client offers a competitive salary of $10,000 - $11,000 per month working a 28/28 rotation. Our client provides accommodation, flights, medical and transportation.
