Network Solutions Lead

up to £70k + Bonus

The role requires a blend of skills, including those held by a Business Development Manager, a Solutions Architect and a Sales person.

The objective of this role is to engage with selected customers along with a Sales Team and perform the following tasks:

* Understanding a customers business objectives and being able translate these objectives into a solution offering along with functional requirements
* Support a customers technical vison and Road Map by presenting cutting edge networking technologies that you could deploy, in order to achieve certain business objectives or cost savings.
* Educate the customer on bundled solutions already defined and packaged.
* Work within the customer facing Teams (Sales, Solutions Architects, Service Delivery, Engineering) to craft and present solutions to customers.
* Work with the OEMs to understand up and coming technologies and how to sell them.
* Work in collaboration with Head of Solution Delivery to define the strategic direction of building a portfolio of Network offerings to be positioned to customers.

We are looking for someone with all of the following proficiencies:

* 6-10 years of experience in a Technical Sales environment serving both Corporate and SME customers.
* First class customer facing skills must be confident presenting and hosting meetings and workshops with the following audiences:

* Corporate and SME C level executives
* Corporate and SME Technical teams
* Corporate the SME Purchasing Teams.
* Engaging presentation style that highlights the organisations excellence in networking solutions.

* The candidate must have a deep understanding of cutting edge networking technologies such as SDN, 4G as well as the more traditional ones. This includes designing solutions.
* The candidate must have excellent OEM relationships, already built in a previous role. This needs to be with the likes of Cisco, HP, F5 etc.
* The candidate must be hungry for success and willing to travel.
* The candidate must be commercially astute and have operated in a commercially sensitive environment
