The role holder operates as a member of the Regional Talent Acquisition Management team and will work with the delivery leads in the Region to support hiring across all hiring types.

The Talent Attraction Lead will lead a team of Attraction specialists across the Region to take the global employer brand and attraction principles from the Sourcing & Attraction CoE, raising any local nuances and embedding as required.

At this level, the role holder will be coaching senior level leadership teams.Key accountabilities :STRATEGY & PLANNING
Relationship Management
• Interface with attraction teams in other regions and in the CoE to ensure best practice and delivery of the Global attraction strategy, acting as a regional SME
• Effectively manage the sourcer to build passive candidate pipelines in critical capability areas and to support diversity agenda
• Coordinate activities with other Regional Talent Attraction leads
Sourcing & Attraction Planning
• Work with the Analytics team to undertake detailed analysis of market trends and apply predictive analytics to determine availability of key talent in the local/regional labour market
• Input to the local Sourcing and Attraction plan to address business or region specific gaps in the global plan, utilising regional Sourcing & Attraction budget
• Establish Regional Sourcing & Attraction priorities for Graduate recruitment
• Implement local Sourcing and Attraction plan, including channel/school strategy for graduates, working closely together with the Global Sourcing & Attraction team to coordinate activities efficiently
• Identify legislative and business activities that would impact the ability to hire talent
• Building on existing global campaign/activities, run additional country/region specific campaigns across the Segment/Region as required
• Drive social media candidate outreach through key channels including LinkedIn and Twitter
Talent Review
• Translate outcomes from Talent Review into actionable Talent Attraction activities for the region
Supporting the Regional TA delivery team to:
• Partner with Line Managers and BFHR responsible for candidate experience
• Assign project, attraction and media campaigns to regional Talent Attraction Specialists
• Provide insight to hiring manager on country/regional talent market
• Work with hiring manager to develop appropriate sourcing strategy
• Conduct role briefing and discuss benchmark internal/external profiles and assessment criteria with hiring manager
• Actively source internally using talent data and externally through targeted attraction activities
• Implement standard application and assessment process to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Undertake 3rd party vendor management
• Coach, develop and mentor team members

• Base people plan on analysis of data and deep understanding of the business and external trends
• Proactively share insights, risks and opportunities identified with business leadership

• Partner with GPOs and Source/Attract team to identify proactive steps that can be taken to improve processes and address potential skills shortages

• Analytical thinking comfortable using predictive analytics to identify outcomes and improve decision making
