Recruitment Manager in City of London, London, United Kingdom

Are you an experienced Recruiter from an M&E background seeking an exciting and challenging new role? If so our renowned client based in the City have a position for a Recruitment Manager responsible for building and managing the recruitment function from the ground up, with a great package, on a permanent basis


What does the role entail?


You will be the go-to person for all recruitment needs, where you will focus on using your creative sourcing strategies to find talent, working closely with other areas of the business to predict future recruitment needs and strategies. You will have excellent industry contacts within the M&E sectors, with client and candidate trade contacts. You will be required to set up systems, processes, policies and have the capability to grow your team as the business grows too.


You will work on multiple roles and projects at a time, all in a fast moving mechanical and engineering sector. You will be providing an excellent candidate experience, as well as be highly skilled in stakeholder management, both internal and external.


What skills will you have?


You will be able to provide an all-encompassing end to end in-house recruitment service delivering results. As an experienced M&E recruiter, you will be familiar with sector specific M&E qualifications and certificates needed as well as being able to work in a highly compliant environment, and first and foremost have excellent trade contacts.


To be a successful Recruiter in this post you will have the ability to coach managers throughout the recruitment process where needed, as well as possessing all the traits of a pro recruiter: tenacity, energy, drive, quality sourcing, strong communication skills, multi-tasking and persistence, not afraid of staying late on occasion to get the job done (plus many many more!)


You will encompass strong business acumen, be a great communicator and relationship builder as well as someone who can do the tough/less enjoyable parts of the role too. You will be a composed and professional individual who can prioritise tasks, possess excellent confidentiality abilities and someone who takes pride in the work they do and the company they work for.


A strong proficiency with all technologies ATS, MS Office, Social Media, Linkedin, and have a natural sense of urgency. You will be goal oriented and able to multi task, juggling multiple roles.


What is on offer?


You will ideally be able to start immediately, but our client is prepared to wait for the right person! A permanent position is available with salary of anything between £40,000 to £60,000 for the right experience and contacts is on offer plus a generous commission structure on top.
