Role Summary/Purpose:
    The FPS Service Leader will lead the overall strategy and execution of the FPS services P&L. Provide leadership to the overall Services organization, talent pool, the functional teams, promote constant interaction with P&L's teams to share synergies and for development and implementation of FPS Services growth models.
Essential Responsibilities:

    • In this role you will translate concepts, develop strategy, implement change, create programs responsive to external environment, and participate in cross-functional business and cultural development.
    • Establish manpower requirements and negotiate to meet the needs of the business
    • Lead the development of a Services growth vision and strategies to place FPS Services in a favorable market place, identify service market growth opportunities, understand customer needs, develop product and service concepts
    • Provide leadership and direction necessary to maintain a high level of motivation and commitment
    • Monitor budgets and billing, and maintain continuous surveillance of customer satisfaction with quality of our products and services
    • Provide leadership to establish customer preference with our products and services
    • Retain and attract quality people required to meet these goals
    • Establish, plan, and operate within budgetary guidelines while meeting the needs of the business
    • Address problems and enhance productivity
    • Provide appropriate career counsel, training, and performance evaluations necessary to measure and develop technical competence among personnel
    • Ensure customer technical, financial, quality, execution and tooling requirements are being met. Develop influential relationships with customers at all levels and drive/develop strategies to win profitable business.
    • Foster a results driven culture, responsive to customer demands and deriving pride from meeting customer commitments. Responsible for quality of planning, and execution of equipment & services on all contracts and projects in the portfolio.
    • Lead compliance, EHS and quality initiatives within the service organization.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university (preference of Engineering or other technical degree).
  • Masters degree in Business Administration or Technology is preferred.
  • Significant years of Oil & Gas or relevant industry experience is preferred.
  • Proven years of experience in a services leadership role
  • Proven years of experience in commercial/business development experience
  • Services Leadership Training
  • Proven years of multi-continent/multi-countrywork experience
  • Proven years of experience in managing, at leasta $100M P&L

Desired Characteristics:

    • Bachelors degree in Business, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering is preferred
    • Prior experience in leadership of company compliance, employee health/safety and protection of the environment is preferred
    • Prior experience in a financial background with P&L experience is preferred
    • Strong customer service orientation and extensive customer interface experience
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
    • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
    • Six Sigma training is preferred
    • Knowledge of O&M financial operations with ability to control cost margins levels within financial targets of the business.
    • Ability to work with customers meeting commercial contractual terms within the in the terms of the contract
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
    • Understanding of Latam regional characteristics including local languages proficiency.
