As a Senior Sales Rep, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the budget in your assigned territory. Assist with mentoring, coaching and training of Sales Reps primarily at the local branch, but occasionally within the Region using the RAINmaker field coaching guide. Duties Include:

•Maintain relationships and growing revenues with customers and prospects in assigned territory
•Communicate key market conditions, opportunities and threats to management, along with recommended plans and activities to respond appropriately
• Mentor sales force and interact with customers, suppliers and co-workers in accordance with the Company Mission, Vision, and Values, including being an active leader in Safety programs and behavior

Requirements Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree (B.A) and four years related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General knowledge of water handling practices, hydraulic knowledge of pumps, tanks and filtration systems, and the ability to sell all company product lines
• Two to four years of strong growth within assigned territory

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations, Clearances:
• Valid Drivers License
• Appropriate licensing and certification to be able to operate company vehicles and perform assigned duties, including certification for EHS&T and additional sponsored training programs
• Clearances may include, but are not limited to, TWIC, and any other required clearances to be able to enter customer job sites

Travel - Able to travel up to 2 nights per month
