Reporting to the Group Director - Remuneration based in Australia, this position will develop, manage and continuously improve the remuneration function for the region to ensure WorleyParsons strives towards best practice and supports the business strategy.  In this critical role, you will support the Global team focus on governance, reward mix, salary & benefit benchmarking and policy/guidelines on global programs such as LTIs, STIs and global reporting.  At a local level, you will provide support for salary & benefit benchmarking, the remuneration review process, reporting & benefit administration.

Job Requirements:

You have extensive experience in managing a remuneration function, preferably in a global listed company in resources or professional services, and developing programs in undeveloped environments. You are highly regarded for your hands-on and can do attitude, ability to manage external vendors, build enduring relationships and actively coach and develop other members of the remuneration team.
