Position Title: Remuneration Analyst
Reports To: Director, Global Remuneration
Functional Group/Region: Remuneration
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (preferred).
Purpose of Position

The focus of the role is to provide job and remuneration analysis and advice

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct job analysis and evaluations using our internal organizational framework and provide advice on job grades to People team stakeholders
• Undertake remuneration benchmarking, survey submissions and salary band development;
• Perform remuneration compa-ratio and other analysis at an individual level and aggregate level and provide interpretation and advice of the outcomes
• Monitor and provide advice on market movement/forecasts and remuneration trends;
• Support the delivery and governance of the annual pay review and variable reward processes; including through the review and set-up of data, administration of elements of the success factors system, preparation of reports and analysis.
• Supporting reward projects including but not limited to remuneration harmonization, job framework implementation, reward strategy design and implementation, project bonuses
• Draft reports, toolkits and communications for People and business stakeholders 
• Prepare external reporting as required e.g. on Gender Pay Equity Gap

Flexible Working Arrangements:
• The role is global in nature and may need to participate in calls in different time zones to be effective.  However, there is no expectation for travel.
• Work from home options are available.
• Preferred location is Abu Dhabi.


Experience & Qualifications


Job Specific Knowledge / Experience


• Experience in job analysis, evaluation and remuneration benchmarking essential
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills with strong attention to detail

• Assure compliance of all HSE systems, processes and procedures through the training, competence and performance of all personnel (Worley and others)
• Achieve the objectives of the HSE vision through proactively implementing actions and/or corrective or mitigating actions, and by maintaining an overall knowledge and awareness of the work-place environment (operations, layout, hazards, risks, concurrent activities, personnel, etc.)

IT Skills:


• Excellent Excel skills; including graphs, pivot tables and basic macros.
• Experience with administration of remuneration systems e.g. peoplesoft, success factors or workday.

• Relevant degree qualification (Business, Commerce, Human Resources)
