For Mechanical Engineer Job Description:-

• Must hold a Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in Design & Detailed engineering of Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, Storage tanks, Furnaces, Boilers, Turbines, Pumps, Conveyors, Stacks, Piping layout, Materials, HVAC etc.
• Candidate should be proficient with various Engineering softwares like PVElite, Compress, CAESAR II, ANSYS, and Micro Station etc.
• Verifiable Experience in the fields of Phosphate Mining, Fertilizer & Oil/Gas/Petrochemical industry.
• Candidates having prior experience in Brownfield & Greenfield projects preferred.
• Candidate should be able to develop Scope of work, engineering drawings/specification/data sheets, Bill of Materials etc. required for expansion projects.
• Familiar with the preparation & review of Invitation to Bid (ITB) for plant equipment and services & perform Technical Bid Evaluation.
• Candidate shall have prior experience in providing Design solutions for trouble-shooting of running plants, Shutdown support, Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for failures, HAZOP, Risk Assessment etc.
• Familiarity with International codes & standards like ASME, BPVC, TEMA, AD Merkblatter, PD5500, ASCE etc.

For Electrical Engineer Job Description:-

• Must be Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering in a reputed University
• Having 15 Years’ Experience in Fertilizer, Petrochemical , Oil &Gas Plants and Engineering Design Company
• Must be familiar with all International Electrical Standards
• Thorough knowledge of the Safety, Health and Environmental aspects and the risks associated with project engineering discipline
• Must be familiar with Preparation of Technical Study reports, Preparation Electrical related drawings SLD, Schematic drawings etc
• Must be familiar with Using Design software’s such ETAP, Lighting , cable sizing, Load calculations, Battery Sizing , Transformer sizing calculations etc.
• Must have sound theoretical Knowledge about Electrical System , Reading drawings etc.
• Review Project related preliminary and final Scope documents, design reports, approval documents, construction packages, RFQs, contract documents, mechanical and physical completion notices, and transfer all job files to records.
• Resolves project related technical problems and if required, coordinates with the manufacturer, operation department, maintenance department and User for the resolution of such problems. Attend department and project related meetings and writes MOM where necessary.
• Familiar with preparation of Scope of Work and Review Scope of work and invitation to bid (ITB) for plant equipment and services, perform technical evaluation and recommendation of Bid’s received through Procurement ,
• Coordinate design and detail engineering inputs with the operating and maintenance departments
• Familiar with RCA
• Must be proficient with computer knowledge on CAD,MS office, MS outlook, MS project, etc. and must have very good presentation skills.
