Job Summary

  • The Director General is responsible for the management of the Institute in general and includes the responsibilities of planning, organization and development in addition to the name of the Institute. The Director General is also responsible for the integration of work and personnel and the implementation of the work plan and budget. In addition to developing and improving quality, policies and work procedures.

Functions

  • Develop an annual work plan and budget for the Institute in line with the direction of the Institute.
  • The Institute's marketing and promotional activities are planned to improve the image of the Institute and increase the number of trainees and trainees.
  • Establishes the aims of the Institute and determines the methods and procedures for achieving such objectives.
  • Develop plans to overcome competitors and surpass them.
  • Set goals for the Institute and work towards achieving these objectives through direct monitoring of the operations of each department.
  • Ensures that the operations of the Institute are in conformity with the approved regulations and regulations and shall be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Institute's contractual agreements with third parties.
  • Review and check regularly the work procedures followed by the department managers, and make sure that they conform to the standards adopted at the Institute and recommend the necessary improvements.
  • Decides and evaluates all factors that may affect market planning, such as the economic climate, the competitive position of the Institute and the legislative procedures of the State.
  • Evaluate operating results and review strategies regularly.
  • Any addition, deletion or sale of any of the fixed assets of the Institute shall be proposed.
  • Evaluate the performance of all managers and seek to improve their skills.
  • Reviews staff performance appraisals, proposes salary increases, and promotions.
  • Ensures clarification of responsibilities and authorities for all supervisory levels within the Institute.
  • Maintains and maintains the relations of the Institute with government departments, customers and suppliers.
  • Review and approve the financial statements and analyzes of the Institute and the required interpretations and review the accounts receivable on a regular basis.
  • The expenses of the Institute shall be based on purchases and expenses, in a manner not inconsistent with the powers of the Board of Directors.
  • All contracts invoices and payments due to suppliers shall be reviewed and approved.
  • All inventory adjustments shall be adopted at the end of the year if necessary, in a manner not inconsistent with the powers of the Board of Directors.

Job Requirements

  • Education Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Economics / Finance
  • Preferably a graduate degree such as a master's or doctorate
  • At least 15 years of experience in senior management positions in similar institutes
  • Arabic Speaking is must
