Job Description

Our client is an international energy services company operating in engineering & production facilities, well support and gas turbine services. Employing over 28,000 personnel worldwide they operate in 50 countries

As Onshore Maintenance Scheduler your main responsibilities will include

Carry out daily updates to maintenance plan and monitor progress and effectiveness
Ensure that the focal points of the individual activities supply all details and regularly update progress
Routine & Breakdown work order look-aheads completed and reflected in schedules / maintenance plans as prepared activities
Ensure effective and efficient delivery of all activities within the maintenance schedule / plan, both Routine and Breakdown work orders working to agreed planned dates for all priorities
Ensure adequate resource scheduling and leveling within core and vendor limitations
Optimise vendor / specialist activities ensuring no mobilisations takes place where comprehensive work preparation is not complete and executable
Ensure the integrated planning process minimises plant downtime and optimises resources to ensure the completion of critical and breakdown maintenance activities
Ensure critical maintenance activities are included in asset plans as required
Interface with Discipline Supervisors in execution of work orders/maintenance activities
Compile asset campaign maintenance programmes and ensure that schedules are suitably aligned
In conjunction with the Asset Support Team, ensure adequate resources are identified for scheduled campaigns and corrective maintenance.

Education & Qualifications:
HNC or ideally HND qualified in an engineering discipline
Knowledge and experience in line with relevant CMMS
Must have a recognised supervisory qualification or be working towards achieving a qualification which includes safety leadership

Experience:
Experience of maintenance and operations planning and administration experience within the Oil & Gas industry
Must have relevant Oil & Gas Experience
