Job Description

Brunel Energy currently requires Onboarding Coordinators / Industrial Relations Assistants based in Houston on a contract basis until the end of February with weekend work included.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support in the areas of onboarding, interview scheduling, offer processing and relocation including arranging interviews, video conferences
  • Assist in travel/hotel arrangements
  • Maintain electronic candidate files
  • Mail out interview and offer packages
  • This position involves high volume verbal /written communication

Requirements:

  • Basic clerical / secretarial experience
  • Self starter, accurate typing skills, and proficiency in Word, Excel
  • Able to operate standard office equipment such as PCs, fax, copier, scanner
  • 5 Years experience, preferably in an HR function
  • High School Diploma. GED or equivalent required
  • Additional formal education an / or college hours preferred but not required
