The successful candidate will be metric driven and will have experience in product sales; they may have worked in consulting or even with a technology service provider. We need someone who understands products and is ready to be part of a global team at this exciting time. Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:To create, develop, manage and grow enduring and profitable key client opportunities & relationships for Worley Digital Enterprise (DE) division. The focus will be on digital products and platforms as part of digital transformation with organisations. The focus will be to work with the products team to develop customer relationships using linked and various mediums to hunt for new business opportunities.Our purpose is to work with organisation to instil a culture of digital transformation with a focus on products, platforms and consulting that Advisan Digital has already built or looking to acquire.As part of the newly formed Sales team this role is a multi-disciplined role that requires a focused, aggressive hunter type sales person who is used to quota carrying responsibilities. The ability to leverage existing client relationships already built in the company will be vital to the success of the role as we as quarterback new deals, relationships and proposal ensuring the success of the Products team.Central to the philosophy of results accountability in this role will be the ability to manage short terms revenue needs coupled with opportunities that form long term, strategic wins through a multi-year business development cycle.The Sales executive will own a multitude of products, initiatives and platforms and be backed up by a world-class team. The ability for a focus on managing opportunities via the CRM platform coupled with the ability to manage multiple stakeholder and conversation both internally and externally will be important.The key purpose will be to drive market penetration and results of platforms and products maintain a high degree of discipline, work ethic and productivity. This role is crucial to the success of the group. Given the scale of both the internal organisation and the external market, the ability to maintain unswerving focus on primary objectives will be a crucial competency in this area.A structured, analytical and systematic approach to this work will be required to capture, share and capitalize on knowledge - developing an insight based relationship coupled with a results focused approach to drive revenue, opportunities and results to the top line.We Seek the following:
  • Managing Complexity  Ability to focus time on the achievement of core objectives to the exclusion of other distractions. Understanding the role data plays in the creation and the development of fact-based analysis and reliable insight.
  • Strategic Orientation  Enabling the development of strategies to either influence clients or develop DE into a stronger position based on anticipation of future trends.
  • Managing Relationships  Understanding the means of developing opportunities, enriching them with fact-based information by identifying what type of relationships are required (with whom and how to influence outcomes).
  • Managing Performance  Self-motivation in prioritizing and systematically organizing tasks, commitment to tackling obstacles and establishing aggressive goals, irrespective of KPIs set.
  • People Orientation  Ability to deploy sensing and intuitive skill to build influence, and leverage this for external engagement success. Bias toward collaboration and interest in the success of colleagues.
  • Integrity  Understanding that clients, colleagues and partners are on a shared journey toward a successful outcome. Demonstrable self-belief and in-depth understanding of ones impact on others.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor in a commercial, IT, engineering discipline, Business or software
  • Minimum 5 years in a software solution selling role with demonstrated software sales experience primary selling solutions and products focus.
  • Familiarity with the Solution based selling and quota carrying experience in a software product focus with demonstrated results.
  • Self-starter ability to effectively stock a significant opportunity pipeline with potential revenue targets, based on strategic and value proposition development skills
  • Well-developed commercial awareness
  • Effective communication persuasive presenter from pitch, negations through to close
  • Familiarity with digital asset delivery / transformation    
  • Up to 35% of travel will be required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Existing network and history of success within software or consulting-based activity
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into pursuits and ultimately, revenue
  • Proven record of outcome orientation results driven
  • Demonstrable ability to source, initiate and convert new opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and have accountability for results.
  • Team player who can contribute and added value
