Our client AMEC requires an experienced Head of Implementation to manage, develop and support the implementation (Construction, Completions and Commissioning) process on the BG Contract Project in a safe, structured and cost effective manner.

Job Specification:

l Manage Customer Satisfaction across all 3No. Assets and customers within each asset both onshore and offshore

l Accountable for the delivery of implementation services / personnel / company ensuring high standards are maintained and continuously improved

l Deliver a high standard implementation capability at both Project and Corporate levels, ensuring a consistent and efficient approach is implemented at all times.

l Establishing and maintaining good customer relationships across all three assets, both onshore and offshore, and delivering a high customer satisfaction rating

l Implementation of a continuous improvement philosophy across the implementation function, delivering best practices at all times.

l To study and assess the relevant drawings, specifications and instructions for his specific or functional area of responsibility.

l To verify that the drawings and specifications provide adequate instructions for the work and advise the Project Construction Manager and/or Project Manager of any deficiencies or clarifications needed.

l To review, in co-operation with the Project Managers, and agree the overall site programme for his area of responsibility including Sub-contractors' programmes. To identify any problem areas in the programmes, discuss with the Project Manager and agree a solution
