Job Description

Planner I

The Planner will be responsible for maintaining aspects of the project schedule, work package data and associated reports on a weekly basis. ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Planner's duties and responsibilities are as follows: - Adhere to THE COMPANY code of conduct, Project Execution Plan (PEP) and other project processes; - Provide all necessary schedule updates to ensure the development of proper estimates of progress by contractors and forecast completions within project execution stage; - Coordinate and develop appropriate internal THE COMPANY and external contractor contacts to progress schedule; - Work extensively with Primavera P6 tool; - Analyze and monitor progress against milestones and associated engineering / procurement deliverables ; - Maintain and periodically issue associated progress curves, completing estimates, earned value, etc.; - Perform other associated duties as assigned; REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for the role of Planner, applicants must have the following qualifications: - Past experience of performing project services or control functions; - Experience working with small teams and contractors; - Extensive 5 years’ experience with Primavera P6; PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: In addition to the required qualifications, the successful candidate is likely to be able to demonstrate the following: - Extensive experience in projects; - Experience in planning and scheduling brownfield modification projects in hull and topsides scope; EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree required. CERTIFICATIONS: None specified. LANGUAGES: English fluency required.
