Our BIAF Federal team is dedicated to delivering built environment solutions to the Intelligence Community and other Federal agencies. Our services include planning, design, construction oversight, and commissioning for highly mission-critical building and infrastructure systems directly supporting and sustaining the Intelligence Communitys mission.
At Jacobs our Electrical Engineers must have exceptional design and analysis skills to plan and design electrical systems for government buildings.•Design low voltage electrical systems, including power, lighting, and communications systems.•Follow client design and production standards.•Prepare load analysis for each stage of design.•Prepare detailed project electrical systems drawings.•Prepare basis of design report for the project.•Prepare and document project energy compliance to applicable energy codes.•Select and prepare specifications for electrical equipment. •Coordinate work with engineers of other disciplines and with project architects.•Requires confidentiality with clients and projects.

•United States Citizenship is required•Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) is required•EIT is preferred•Proficiency in REVIT and AutoCAD software is required•Proficiency in SKM, ETAP, or similar design software is required
