L&CA Project Induced induced in Migration PIIM Coordinator ref.Q2001885

  • Strong experience in community liaison
  • Experience in empowering women and other vulnerable groups to contribute positively to community development
  • Fluent in English / Tok Pisin/ one local language preferred
  • Excellent written verbal communication presentation skills in English
  • Proven experience in CIMS coordination / management
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products including Publisher Word PowerPoint

L&CA Controls Integrity Management System CIMS Coordinator ref.Q2001886

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Management Business Law or related degree.
  • Experience in information and record management administration and data analysis > 7 years
  • Proven experience in CIMS coordination / management
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel including data validation charting pivot tables
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products including Publisher Word PowerPoint

Field Officer - Community Capacity Building CCB ref.Q2001887

  • Strong experience in developing and managing sustainable community development projects in Papua New Guinea
  • Strong experience in community liaison including in participatory approaches
  • Knowledge and experience in principles of International Development
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including in mentoring and facilitation
  • Awareness of occupational safety and risk management issues

  • Strong knowledge and experience in principles of International Development
  • Strong knowledge and experience in developing and managing community development activities in Papua New Guinea
  • Experience in developing and implementing projects and managing project budgets
  • Experience in Monitoring and Evaluation
  • Awareness of occupational safety and risk management issues
  • Fluent in English/ Tok Pisin
  • Self-starter with results and schedule orientation
  • Proven experience in CIMS coordination / management

National Content Analyst ref.Q2001889

  • Assists Workforce Development and Supplier Development Leads in collecting and reviewing monthly National Content data.
  • Reports on Enterprise Centre Key Performance Indicators
  • Reviews and works with finance and accounting on the National Content monthly cost reports.
  • Ensures National Content staff understand their responsibilities regarding CIMS and OIMS and coordinates with appropriate reviews and audits.
  • Interfaces with the Finance and Controls.
  • Working knowledge of accounting understanding of procurement contracting and accounting systems.
  • Experience and a working knowledge of CIMS and OIMS systems.
  • A good working knowledge of the PNG Companies Act.
  • Strong skills in verbal and written communication to both internal corporate / team groups as well as external groups.
