As Business Development Manager, you will create and develop relevant business opportunities which lead to the right projects in the right volume to sustain the business. You will also involve in developing long term client relationships in the relevant Area. As Business Development Manager your main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Consult on setting out and implementation department strategy as defined in company’s long, medium and short term planning

  • Support the implementation of Area Business Plans and Area Operational Plans
  • Assess, evaluate and report potential of current countries (economic, political, market potential industry, competition) and also diversification potential in current countries (product development)
  • Identify and develop opportunities with area managed clients
  • Advise the Area Management on relevant Business Developments subjects
  • Consult on develop, maintain and improve Marketing & Business Development process
  • Monthly Business Development meeting with corporate and bi-annual Business Development meeting

As Business Development Manager you have the following qualifications and competencies:

  • Min. graduated in Engineering, Commercial or Business Administration
  • Nationality: Indonesian
  • At least 10 years of working experience in engineering, consultancy or construction
  • Broad technical knowledge and hands on experience from career development through the industry
  • Computing skills
  • Excellent communication, (technical) writing and presentation skills
