An operator in the oil gas industry.

As a member of the PSCM  common process (PSCMcp) team, works with SPU and E&P Group PSCM stakeholders, PSCMcp team members and Learning & Development to implement standard processes related to market sector strategy (MSS), strategic sourcing, (SS) and supplier management (SM) and other related work streams as required (including Decision Rights and eSourcing). Provides subject matter expertise and leadership of training and coaching support in designated locations and helps drive continuous improvement of the process. Networks extensively to develop credibility with key users and stakeholders of the end-to-end process, influencing the uptake and sustainability of the process to achieve optimal business results. Uses leadership skills required to achieve process uptake, sustainability and results.

Key accountabilities:
• Responsible for the engagement and enrolment of key stakeholders through use of effective communications to drive change management and adoption of PSCM common process.
• Accountable to ensure suitable training is delivered to PSCM professionals in the Angola SPU.
• Acts as the focal point of the program in the designated locations and delivers training through active participation and facilitation to ensure successful up-skilling of PSCM practitioners.  
• Ensures appropriate base-lining of existing practices to understand the current state and identify opportunities for improvement and to enable the effective delivery of value-add as common process becomes embedded.
