As a Senior Account Executive at Honeywell, in Budapest, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, driving business growth and managing relationships. Understand customer needs, communicate Honeywell's value proposition, and maximize business potential. Act as the primary interface for all products and services, advocating for customer requirements within Honeywell. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Honeywell Process Solutions (HPS) helps industrial customers around the world operate safe, reliable, efficient, sustainable and more profitable facilities through leading technologies, digitalization, and comprehensive lifecycle services.

Key requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent experience level.
  • Experience in solution sales (automation industry). Proven track record of success in the industry/ business environment.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relations at customers (different levels).
  • Experienced in complex sale, including early engagement in the customer buying cycle at senior levels, building long-term strategic and executive relationships, team selling and opportunity planning.
  • Marketing and project management experience is desirable.
  • Understand the value proposition of Honeywell and all the company has to offer.
  • Have and set high performance standards: push self and others to achieve bottom line results; monitors achievements and progresses toward goals constantly.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English (upper intermediate business level) and Hungarian languages.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain long term customer relationships.
  • Engage with customers, including senior management, to establish strong connections.
  • Diagnose customer needs early in the buying process and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Manage the day to day and strategic: maintaining a balanced approach to superior customer service and strategic account planning; quarterly results and long-term account goals.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and focuses on providing consultative support by building value propositions for solutions into the account.
  • Drive sales campaign and LOB strategic initiatives, plan for account growth in the long term.
  • Serve as the customer's ambassador and trusted advisor, managing and expanding contacts.
  • Lead other peers as project manager where required.
