Field Service Engineer - BMS

As a Field Service Engineer - BMS at Honeywell, in the NorthEast region, you will be responsible for maintenance, commissioning and faultfinding of integrated BMS systems, advising clients on the best course of actionfor their current systems and delivering value to all clients.

Key requirements
  • Carry out maintenance primarily of integrated BMS HVAC system , access, security, CCTV along with commissioning and fault finding
  • Carry out design works, programming of HVAC controllers, Install /Delegate EBI, prepare graphics and necessary programming works
  • Quote small projects from design to commissioning in line with customer needs
  • Provide advice to client on emergency, maintenance, testing, diagnosing/repairing equipment of systems both hardware and software
  • Educate customer and field technicians on correct and updated procedures on systems

Key skills and qualifications
  • Previous experience within an engineering role working with BMS systems
  • Good technical knowledge of integrated systems and HVAC technology
    Fault finding and problem solving skills
  • Ability to learn new Honeywell products and 3rd Party technologies and explore solution both in live situations and in theory
  • Excellent people skills to be able to work closely and collaboratively with clients, colleagues and on site engineers
