As a Benefit & Systems Administrator you will be a key member of the team supporting administration activities and providing an important support link between Service providers and Offshore Crew worldwide.

What will you be doing?

• Undertake administrative and reporting tasks to support our range of benefits.
• Assist with the Annual Flexible Benefit Enrolment process.
• Provide valuable support and guidance to Crew queries through to resolution.
• Support and assist with the reconciliation of benefit provider invoicing.
• Gain a good understanding of the benefits on offer to further support engagement and benefit promotion.
• Undertake Cleansing and Monitoring of data quality across the systems.
• Support a range of HRIS systems within the wider team.

What experience would we like you to have?

• Good all-round administration and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritise tasks efficiently with ability to multitask.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of the wider team.
• Ability to listen, build rapport and develop credibility as a trusted Administrator, working collaboratively with cross-function global teams, stakeholders, and service providers.
• Experience of supporting an offshore and international crew would be advantageous.
• SAP and Excel knowledge advantageous
