ACTIVITES

Ensure Process Engineering Dossier for Oilfield PROJECT are delivered in accordance with COMPANY standard, project basis of design, SOR and Contractual requirements.

• Ensure, control and coordinate the proper realization of the Process design in compliance with project specifications and procedures, time schedule, required level of quality and safety.
• Identify and manage Process engineering technical decisions to be made. Define and manage clear way forward for these decisions to be made and agreed within Engineering phase time schedule.
• Monitor closely the discipline progress, define all actions and manage them to secure the design completion.
• Work closely with Package Engineering Coordinators to coordinate and manage Process engineering interfaces with other disciplines, other packages, and COMPANY stakeholders.

Thorough, efficient, and timely review of project Process discipline documents to ensure final documentations meet the startup and handover phase requirements.

• Ensure project documents related to the Process discipline are reviewed and commented in a timely manner and in accordance with COMPANY standards, project specification and contractual requirements.
• Ensure issuance of timely and clear response to contractors and vendors requests on engineering design clarifications and TQR.
• Liaise with discipline engineer to identify/review the protentional deviations/derogations to the COMPANY to ensure deviation package is mature for CMS submission and approval.
• Consult E&C department to process discipline derogation requests and interface with relevant TRPs to secure needed approvals.
• Capture all relevant feedback/lesson learned from project.

Assisting to execution of pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and handover phase of Oilfield Project

• Interface and coordinate within MP and with COMPANY entities to ensure required support and information are available for completion of Project.
• Define and conduct required process studies supporting the startup phase of Project.
• Follow up completeness of all punches and actions related to Process Discipline to ensure readiness of design dossier for handover phase.
• Assist with overall project closeout, including completion documents, As-built, engineering, deficiency corrections and handover process.

Support MP projects for planning, organizing, execution and control of full life cycle of Process engineering activities from initiation to close out. Assist MP Head Engineering Support on technical subjects related to Process Disciplines

• Support MP Projects team in addressing the process concerns and queries.
• Identify issues and blocking points related to Process Engineering Disciplines, define and manage clear way forward for these decisions to be made and track the execution within various packages.
• Define, follow up and evaluate the process discipline studies to be carried out in the course of the project' ensure the studies completed as per approved project gate and maturity index.
• Liaise with process and safety leads for various packages to identify/review the protentional deviations/derogations to the COMPANY to ensure deviation package is mature for CMS submission and approval.
• Identify any optimization / improvement in the design dossier to be implemented in the early stage of detailed design.
• Assist Process and Safety disciplines in preparation of project response to Contractor and Vendors request on engineering design clarifications and TQRs.
• Ensure that relevant feedback/lesson learned from previous similar projects are considered in the design performance.
• Participate in weekly and monthly engineering meetings with Contractors, and in specific ad hoc meetings as required.
• Assist in update the SOR (parts to be updated) following Engineering progress and review any SCN (SOR change notice) related to process and safety disciplines.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Qualification: Engineering degree in Process engineering,
• Experience: minimum 12 years' experience as Process engineer in Oil and Gas offshore activities.
• At least 3 years of experiences as Lead Process Engineer supervising a team.
• Extensive experience in Process engineering with relevant experience within the offshore oil and gas production industry,
• Computer literate, especially in Process calculation software and AVEVA Diagram and Engineering.
• Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Familiar with Total general specifications is a plus, and with relevant codes and standards,
• Language: fluent English,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
