Job Description:
We are an international general contractor leader for engineering and construction in the oil and gas sector in Spain, one of the leaders in Europe in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, and one of the world leaders in the refining sector.
We are looking for a Construction Manager for our Project in Khabarovsk.
Candidates should have BSc Engineering Degree.
Experience:
• Construction Manager with experience in Petrochemical Industry, preferred in Refinery Revamping.
• Minimum 10-year experience (at least 3 years working in Russia or projects in similar locations and conditions)
Skills:
• International Construction Management.
• Site Supervision and Inspection of Field Engineering.
• QA QC Controls.
• Directing and Inspection of Subcontractors.
• Labour Supervision.
• Home office and client interface, Scheduling, Cost Controls and estimate analysis.
• Client liaison.
• Electrical Equipment Safety.
• Ability in handling local Contractors for Petrochemical Plants and Refineries.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Effective interdisciplinary coordination
• Application of international and Russian codes including: GOST, SNIPS
• English and/or Spanish, written and spoken is a must; FLUENT
• Good level in Russian language will be considered a plus.
Conditions:

The duration of the project is around 30 months. The contract will be until the Project completion.
