Most of our business is concentrated on large turnkey industrial projects although we also provide engineering management start-up and operating services for industrial plants.

Job Requirements:

Due to current expansion Técnicas reunidas is searching 3 Subontract Managers for Long Term positions staff basis to work in big EPC Downstream Projects.

The main job requirements are:

- Qualification: Engineer HND Business Administration
- Oil&Gas industry-minimum 15 years or experience in sinilar industry
- Senior professional with extensive international experience in EPC construction contract management.
- Recognized for excellent perception and ability in handling local subcontractors for Oil&Gas Petrochemical Plants and Refineries.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be analytical and methodical.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Effective communication skills both verbally and in wrting.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skill
- English& Spanish written and spoken
- Computer skills: Micosoft office Lotus Notes and other company and discipline specific software applications.


- Ability to negociate contracts and develop long-term realtionships with contractors.
- Able to define subcontracting strategies during proposal and execution phases.
- Will be responsible for Construction Cost Control and Quantity Surveyors at home office.
- Will lead and define teams of subcontract administrators and engineers for awarded projects. Also will lead home office subcontracts coordinators.
- Claim management.
- Interdisciplinary liaising and coordination at home office.
