Our Client is one of the world's largest Oil and Gas companies. Their operations cover the entire energy chain, including oil exploration and production to trading, shipping and refining and marketing of petroleum products, as well as chemicals. The Role:
The Role:
Provision of a comprehensive secretarial service, including the typing and dispatch of letters, reports, minutes, faxes, memos in an accurate and timely manner.
Formatting complex contractual documents and issue/file as required
Updating and maintaining key records, reports and databases as appropriate.
Organisation of travel and meetings, including conference room bookings and catering arrangements
Co-ordinate the movements of department personnel and arrange travel as necessary.
Ad-hoc duties as required including holiday cover for the other TS/CPR Secretary.
Essential Skills / Qualifications:
An experienced secretary who has good interpersonal and communication skills
The ability to work as part of a team.
An extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word is required and a basic knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, DOCUK and SAP is preferred.
