Swift is currently looking for an Upgrades Engineering Manager for our client a Major Oil and Gas Operator.

Responsibilities and tasks:
•Ensuring that all necessary technical work (Appraise/Select) is completed to enable approval of the project.
•Selecting the multidiscipline members of the TANAP and SEEP Engineering Team in accordance with procedures.
•Ensuring the appropriate Integrity Management and an Engineering Authority is established.
•Assist the respective Project Managers in preparing plans and budgets for executing the work in accordance with the stage requirements, for seeking the necessary approvals
•Managing the performance of engineering, including environmental, work for 2 primary Appraise and Select areas of work in the development of a gas export scheme.
oSEEP; the alternative to the EU Pipelines, being promoted by some of the partners;
oTANAP, the standalone alternative in Turkey
•Ensuring compliance with the allocated budgets
•Contribute to selection of engineering contractors and consultants to be engaged on the work.
•Develop necessary relationships with external stakeholders.
•Representation at Partner meetings,
•Representation at TANAP Partner meetings
•Representation at SEEP Partner meetings
•Member of the Appraisal TANAP & SEEP Team
•Compliance with Region policies, technical standards and procedures, and ensure staff do so.
•Support to the Appraisal Project Manager.
•Support to other internal stakeholders,
•Assessment, coaching and development of staff.
•Provide technical assurance of proposals tabled by the competing consortia for EU Pipelines downstream of the western border of Turkey
