For major fabrication company specialising in offshore accommodation modules, sub sea manifolds, oil & gas topside modules and the renewable energy industry. Provide direct guidance, support and advice with regards to Quality Management systems application, implementation and improvement. Assist / advise project personnel in all matters relating to the application & implementation of company management system on projects. Prepare / maintain project specific quality documentation and Project Quality Plans. Co-ordinate non-conformance management process within the project including reporting of all non-conformance reports (NCR), pro-actively facilitating NCR close out. Identifying corrective action requirements and closure. Undertake project quality audits to measure project compliance with management system & client requirements. Facilitate project lessons learned process to collate and report project experiences that may add value to ongoing & future projects. Interface with Quality Control function to ensure appropriate levels of quality surveillance, inspection and control within applicable areas of project execution & delivery. Provide quality management support to Supply Chain Management in respect of vendor & subcontractor assessment and risk management. Liaise with Customer and third party representatives on matters relating to Quality Management within the project. Facilitate customer feedback and performance measure processes on allocated projects. Liaise with the project appointed Notified Body (NoBo), on all Pressure Equipment Directive 97/23/EC (PED) matters.

Must have experience in BS-EN ISO 9001, BS-EN ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 Management Systems and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Appropriate qualifications in Quality Control and Assurance are essential.
